They’ve got big goals but only a half-baked plan to get there. They’re putting in the miles, but not seeing the progress they expected. And their high school team? It’s not giving them the individualized attention they need to reach their full potential.

Becoming a faster, stronger, and more competitive runner isn’t just about running more, it’s about training smarter.


Improvement in running follows a compound effect:


First, build a solid foundation of endurance and strength. Without this, your progress will stall. Then, refine your speed, race tactics, and mental game. These separate good runners from great ones. Finally, execute on race day with confidence. Because training hard means nothing if you don’t know how to deliver when it counts. My coach at West Point, Coach Mike Smith, trained us well, but even more than that, taught us that no matter what, you have to execute.


This is how elite runners run, and it’s how I coach my athletes to maximize their potential.


MY APPROACH


When I start working with a new runner, my first priority is understanding their schedule, training history, and goals.

  • How much time do you have for training each week?
  • What’s your biggest limiting factor—speed, endurance, or race strategy?
  • What outside commitments (school, work, extracurriculars) need to be factored in?


Then, we build a plan that fits YOUR life while maximizing YOUR progress.


The key to unlocking serious improvement isn’t just running more, it’s identifying and fixing your weak links. Most runners are naturally better at some aspects of training than others. I help my athletes turn those weaknesses into strengths, which leads to massive PRs, and eventually, championships.

We meet over Zoom or Facetime every two weeks (or more often if needed),  to ensure constant progress.


With every client, I go all-in to make sure you're getting the results you're working for.

Coaching Rates: $1000 /mo for 3 months, $850 /mo for 6 months, $550 /month for 12 months.


Philosophy Behind Rates: In just three months, I can impart a wealth of knowledge to you and your athlete. However, my true goal for this program is to create a lasting, genuine, and positive impact on your athlete’s journey. Becoming a champion is a long-term commitment; the more consistently you train with me, the stronger I can assure you that your athlete will rise to that standard in every sense. Achieving greatness requires us to confront numerous challenges in life, with time often being the most formidable obstacle. Many of us have untapped potential, yet we frequently give up just short of discovering our true greatness. This is particularly relevant in the realm of running. A few days off can set you back weeks behind your compitition, a week off will set you back a month. Many athletes have talent, good shoes, and the latest gear, but nothing compares to the power of hard work and dedication. If you are consistent, you will beat everybody. I did it, my sibilings did, and my athletes do it. I believe in this principle so intimately that if you are not happy with the progress of your your athlete after a year of training with me, I'll give you all your money back. I don't offer this lightly. After all, it took me three years to win my first state championship. The journey there was worth it, and PR after PR eventually got me the win. And once I tasted victory, I couldn't have enough of it.
