Mazzei Momentum
Before working with Danny, I honestly hated running. As a D1 football player, running was punishment and didn't get over that unitl he trained me. He really changed my perspective on running and I love that I'm faster now too.
Danny took me from barely passing the 40 min 5 mile to a 37:10 in only a few months. There's no one I've met with more efficient training that really understands how to analyze the individual to give them the best training.
Dan gave me some training to help me pass RASP 2 and I can't say enough about how efficient and optimized his weekly plans were. I run a lot in general but his training made sure I showed up faster and in better shape than every other soldier there.
Danny trained me for SFAS. He took me from being able to do a 3 hr 12 mile ruck with 50 lbs to a 2 hr 12 mile ruck with 60lbs. He really prepared my cardiovascular system for the riggers of selection and I can't recommend him enough.
